Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage all consumer driven promotions that take place in the Casino.
Work with and consult with other departments and employees on promotion planning, ordering equipment/resource materials, onsite logistics and creation of schedule.
Collaborate with Marketing and Casino Departments on the planning of Casino promotions.
Assist with managing calendar of promotions for players and casino staff and ensure the team is fully informed and prepared.
Assist the Group Sales Coordinator with the organization of casino bus groups as well as greeting the groups upon their arrival to the casino.
Organize and setup promotions and promotional materials at designated areas.
Organize and oversee all logistical requirements for promotions while ensuring each promotion is successfully executed and aligns with our brand and or strategy.
Lead the execution of promotions, including responsibility for managing internal and external resources, as required.
Maintain all marketing storage areas as well as log, update and report on all marketing/promotions inventory.
Contribute to marketing team effort by accomplishing related projects and tasks on time and accurately.
Coordinate work as needed with outside agencies, art services, printers, entertainers, etc.
Monitor the purchasing of casino promotional items and giveaways.
Complies with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures and internal control protocol.
Provide excellent employee support and external customer service.
Prepares monthly reports pertaining to player/promotion/offer redemption including but not limited to new players sign ups, bus group tracking, e-promo/prize redemption, ADT matrix, trip frequency, targeted promotion analysis, etc.
Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or degree in Marketing or Communication or related field.
2 - 3 years professional experience in coordinating public and social promotions/events or event marketing.
Strong MS Office and database management skills; knowledge of database management protocols and system administration.
Experience working within or for a Casino is preferred but not required.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
Strong public speaking skills required
Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays. Must be flexible with schedule.
