Summary: Host and execute all casino promotions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all consumer driven promotions that take place in the Casinos
  • Responsible for high level of guest service as described in the minimum guest service expectations.
  • Knowledge of all property happenings, events, offers, mailings, promotions as well as service features and be able to relay information in a clear, thorough manner over the phone or in person.
  • Coordinate and execute all promotions, to include, but not limited to: sweepstake drawings, hot seats, etc.
  • Communicate with Marketing Dept. and assist in all necessary support material to ensure promotion is properly exhibited. I.e. Organize display case, arrange correct signage, follow up with giveaway items, etc
  • Act as a role model and always presents oneself in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies
  • Complies with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures and internal control protocol.
  • Provide excellent employee support and external customer service.
  • Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; AA or BS in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a job dealing with community affairs, promotions, group sales and event planning.
  • Casino experience preferred. 
  • Requires intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, customers, outside community groups, professional organizations and special publics.
  • Strong verbal communication skills required.
  • Must have the ability to speak in front of large crowds.
  • Stage presence and microphone skills are preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours. Nights, weekends and holidays.
